an earthquake under the Indian Ocean created a series of devastating tsunami waves. Over 150,000 people have been reported dead so far,
and many survivors have lost everything. In the aftermath of this terrifying natural catastrophe, the people from every continent have been affected in some way.

Maeve Binchy, Tracy Chevalier, Harlan Cobden, Paulo Coelino, JM Coetzee, Nicholas Evans, Mark Haddon, Nick Hornby, Marian Keyes, Stephen King, Alexander McCall Smith, Ian McEwan, Vikram Seth, Joanna Trollope and Scott Turow. The introduction will be written by Helen Fielding.
All proceeds raised in Canada from this unique venture will be donated to the Canadian Red Cross.
